Okay, quick little update.
I didn’t update last week with my weigh-in because I didn’t weigh-in. I knew that it was going to be bad and I didn’t want that to get me down, if you know what I mean. But this week I have done a little better. I’ve joined the gym again and I’m eating less snacks. OH, and I switched my weigh-in days again. They will be on Mondays from now on, I think. So, I’ll update again on Monday and tell you how I did.
Also, thank you again for all your continued support. The sweet messages I get really brighten my day and motivate me to keep going. No joke. I swear, without you all, I would have quit by now. Thank you all again!
Hi ! omg I'm sooo happy I found this blog, I've been on jenny craig since january 2010 and have lost a total of 26 pounds I still have another 30lbs to go but after finding your blog and reading it I feel like Its going to give me a bigger kick to get going :) thanks for this blog and good luck <3

How have you all been? I’m sorry I haven’t been updating on anything lately. I just have been feeling down and I have been feeling like every post I make are the same words. So, I think I’m going to update on my weigh-in days but of course, I check this blog everyday and check up on all of you. And let me tell, I have been seeing so many good results! So, GREAT JOB EVERYONE! You all are doing great and you all are amazing. And I want to thank you all for supporting me. It means a lot! Plus, without you, I’m pretty sure I would have given up. So, with all that being said, this week, I lost -2.2 pounds! I’m now down -16.6 altogether and I’m feeling somewhat back on track. I haven’t gotten back to the gym because of financial difficulties, BUT I should be able to pay my bill very soon.
Well, that’s it for me today! And I mentioned before that I do check this everyday, so if you have any questions or need advice or whatever, please don’t hesitate. I’m here for you as you have been here for me.
Weigh-in update!
I gained +2.4 pounds this week! And I absolutely deserve it. I won’t go into details because they usually turn into excuses and I’m sure you’ve heard them all before. But let’s just say I didn’t give a crap about my health this week.
But I’m changing it all around starting now! Tomorrow I’m heading to the gym and getting back on track.

Hi! :) You lost 17 pounds? wow that's amazing. I also recently lost 17 pounds but for some reason I fell into this "i want to give up" stage. Since I'm doing this alone, I don't have as much motivation as I should whihc only makes me eat more. Do you have any advice that can help me get back on track. Congrats to you, keep it up :)
I’m at the same stage as you! I’m losing my motivation and that’s probably why I haven’t been posting much lately. I’ve been trying to get myself back on track by thinking about the positives I have had so far and what the future will hold. It’s slightly working but not completely. I think the main thing to do is just continue on with your journey NO MATTER WHAT! Ever if you do cheat or what not, you should still continue to eat healthy and exercise. Don’t give up! Your body is screaming for your help and you’re the only one who can help!

Overall, it adds up to 17.2 pounds! That is AMAZING and I am so proud of myself.
I followed the plan directly this week and I think that’s how I did so well! I mean, I could have done a little better this week because I skipped meals and didn’t eat whatsoever. I just wasn’t hungry, which is new for me, and the thought of eating made my head spin. I ate a few more treats than I should have too! But heck, a 2.4 pound loss isn’t bad at all.
This week, I absolutely NEED to get to the gym. Or walk or something. It’s time I start getting back on track with exercising.

I started the week off good! I haven’t cheated so far and I plan on keeping it that way. It’s really hard to not eat out of boredom or any other reason. But I have to keep reminding myself I’d rather loose weight and be healthy than eat just to make myself ‘feel better’. Because, really, it’s only an illusion.
